Anyone ever cook with anchovies before? I’ll admit, I’m a total wimp, and the one time I tried, I wasn’t wild about the texture, but this recipe from the NY Times has me curious. (And are anchovies really a pantry staple? Do you have cans of anchovies sitting around like I do cans of beans and tuna? Hmmm?)
